Winding Department Supervisor

Niacc is currently recruiting for the position of Supervisor for a fast paced Winding Department at its Fresno Business Unit.  In this position, Supervisor of Winding Department will:· Possess strong organization & people skills.· Have a solid understanding of winding processes and controls.· Needs to maintain strict scheduling requirements & act as point of contact for customers.

 Individual must be self-motivated, pay attention to detail.

 Have involvement with new programs and good working knowledge of basic computer software.

 

The Supervisor of Winding Department reports directly to the Manger of Winding Operations and the Director of Operations.

 

Requirements/Experience:

 3 – 5 years in related fieldHigh School DiplomaHighly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detailMust work well with others and be flexible in handling multiple tasks.
