Pharmaceutical Sales

My client is a small to medium-sized pharmaceutical company looking for a candidate to successfully come on board as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for the Birmingham, Alabama territory.

Therapeutic areas include Allergy, Respiratory and Anti-infectives.

This organization values individual performance, has a team atmosphere, is large enough to offer development into multiple specialty segments and has a strong pipeline of future therapeutic products.
Job Description and Responsibilities:

The physical territory will be Birmingham, Alabama based.

Travel:Up to 15% travel may be required for this position.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree (business or life sciences preferred).
• 2+ years of top performing Sales experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, and written & oral communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a territory on own outside of sales cluster.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of results.

Salary and Benefits:
• 45-65+K base (tiered by experience)
• 19K bonus at plan, uncapped
• Highly competitive additional compensation package and benefits
