Technical Support Agent Description: Due to rapid growth, Volt Technical Resources the primary recruiting partner for 2Wire in Tempe, AZ is seeking qualified technical support representatives!

2Wire is a provider of broadband service platforms for the DSL market. Its solutions help DSL providers offer subscribers an integrated 'triple-play' of data, voice, and media services. 2Wire's products and services include the award-winning HomePortal® residential gateways, the MediaPortal™ set top box, and a robust Component Management System (CMS) for service management and provisioning.

Level 1 and Level 2 Techs receive inbound calls at our client's state of the art support center in Tempe, where they provide customers Technical assistance setting up their home networks and accessing the Internet. Unlike other Technical Support positions, there is absolutely no selling or quotas involved.

What we Offer:
Our L1 Technical Support Agents start at a minimum of $12/hr with the option of earning up to $13.50 per hour based on your availability! You also have the ability to move to L2 after 30 days.
Our L2 Technical Support Agents start at a minimum of $13.22/hr. Lots of opportunity for advancement: Many of our agents are given the opportunity and have moved into QA Engineers, Systems Engineers, Systems Administrators and Team Supervisor positions.

Requirements:
Must have a solid understanding of Networking and Computer Operating Systems


Working Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP & DSL


Exceptional Troubleshooting & Customer Service skills


Ability to succeed in a fast paced support center environment
