Account Manager- Phoenix

We are looking for a highly effective Account Manager to join our team.  This person will be responsible for directing projects across multiple departments, teams, and solution areas.  The project delivery and business development/solution sales breakdown is approximately 70 percent/30 percent.  Our Account Managers are responsible for overall client relationship, and the fostering of additional phases within current engagements.

 

Profitable since inception, Acquity Group is comprised of intelligent, experienced consultants who enjoy working for a company that rewards individual achievement and promotes professional growth from within.  Since inception in 2001, our company has experienced a compound annual growth rate of approximately 50%.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDefining account and financial goals at the client and executing the account strategy in conjunction with the Account Executive and/or PrincipalManaging all aspects of delivery for client relationshipsIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the current accountInteracting at the highest level in client organizationsActively supporting the sales effort on new business development pursuitsEffectively managing and resolving personnel and project-related issuesProviding leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, company, and client team membersProviding final quality assurance functions and assume ultimate responsibility for all client deliverablesManaging several concurrent projects and/or project managersEnsuring consistent approach and solution quality across engagementsMonitoring all schedules and budgetsQualifications  Bachelor’s (Master’s a plus) degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fieldApproximately seven years experience in project management, strategic planning, business analysis, process design, research and competitive analysis, package implementation, and knowledge of multiple technologies and interactive design.Five to ten years in consultingExpertise in one or more industries, organizational structures, business process design techniques, and development methodologies (RUP, Method 1, ect.)Thorough understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively manage the complexities of the business solution.  Experience in full lifecycle software development process and methodsProficient in most office applications.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s (Master’s a plus) degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
