Case Management Consultant

The QNXT Case Management Consultant is responsible for the completion of assigned tasks related to the training, sales and implementation of Care Management Products throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Two or more years of clinical nursing experience
Three or more years of Case Management and or Disease Management experience in a health plan setting.
Some direct or indirect knowledge or experience in Medical or Utilization Management
Three or more years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting
Knowledge of decision support criteria, predictive modeling and consumer directed healthcare
Hands- on experience with one or more Case Management software applications.
Strong customer service, organizational, presentation and communication skills.
Experience with public speaking in sales or training setting.
Experience training nurses or other healthcare professionals.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
High energy level and positive attitude.
Ability to proficiently use various software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ability to travel with little notice.

Qualifications:
Essential Job Functions
1. Learn and understand, in detail, all Care Management products from a functionality standpoint as well as understand the appropriate use of the functionality in support of QCSI's customers' and prospects' unique Care Management workflows and processes. Verbally communicate via customer demonstrations the practical application and benefits of Care Management products and functionality as related to these unique workflows and processes.
2. Keep abreast and understand all product enhancements and supported Care Management products as well as new Care Management products.
3. Understand and have ability to articulate the functionality in all Care Management vendor partner products.
4. Support sales process by providing assistance with RFP response, sales demonstrations and preliminary process assessments.
5. Keep abreast of current Care Management trends and competing Care Management products in order to articulate value proposition.
6. Attend trade shows as needed.
7. Support training by conducting training sessions for customers as well as internal employees.
8. Support the implementation of Care Management products by evaluating customer processes and either providing a roadmap for, or in some instances performing, the configuration of Care Management products as part of the overall implementation team.
9. Coordinate with Product Marketing Manager for all Care Management related activities.
10. Utilizes tools provided by Product Marketing to communicate consistent product messages and strategy.
11. Travel as required for responsibilities and assignments.
12. Assist with other activities as assigned

Education
An Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required; Bachelors Degree is preferred.
