HRM Development Manager

HRM Development Manager CGI-AMS is seeking an HRM Development Manager to join our Advantage ERP industry group. This position will be responsible for managing the work of the individual development teams, supervised by the Senior HRM Technical Architect and is available, if needed, to attend development meetings to assist in the resolution of issues that might arise during the design, configuration, test, and implementation activities of the project. Individual will assist in ensuring the application is configured to meet design specifications and that project standards and are followed. Additionally, individual will be responsible for the preparation of technical documentation in assigned areas and further support the project’s test activities by ensuring that incidents reported are investigated and resolved.
