Infinity Insurance Company(IPCC), a fast growing national provider of personal automobile insurance; seeks career oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our Call Centers. The position is inbound intensive and assists customers and agents with questions regarding their policies. The ideal candidate will have:

*At least six months job experience with heavy customer interaction

* PC proficiency in a Windows Environment

* Keyboarding skills of either typing - 25wpm or data entry - 3,000kph w/ 95% accuracy

* Excellent problem solving skills

* HS diploma or GED - but some college is helpful and preferred

We offer an excellent salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K plan, tuition assistance program, paid vacation and sick time, and business casual attire.

The schedule for this position will be 12:30-9:00pm M-F, with rotating Saturdays(daytime).
