This is an exciting opportunity to join the management team of GoDaddy.com.  This position will direct all aspects of the HR function within the organization and report to the CFO.

 

Skills / Qualifications:

•Strategic HR leadership in the areas of talent management, training, recruiting, employee relations, organizational change, performance management, employee satisfaction and compensation to support business goals.
•Demonstrated effective communication skills
•Proven leadership skills.
•Demonstrated experience in the creation and management of compensation plans, regulatory compliance, benefits, as well as employee relations.
•15 + years progressive experience within Human Resources
•Experience in a 1,000 plus employee company
•Proven experience in strategic Human Resources Planning.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
•PHR / SPHR certification a plus.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of progressive, generalist responsibility in Human Resources, including significant experience in HR leadership positions.  This position requires HR management principles and knowledge of federal and local employment law.  This individual will possess excellent skills in cultivating relationships with all levels of the workforce and stakeholders throughout the company and exhibit a strong internal client orientation.  Additional requirements include the ability to develop creative solutions to meet business and employee needs, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives.
