RN - Emergency Department

*Prior experience in ER or Critical care unit preferred.*

Full-Time, various days & shifts.

Responsibilities :

The RN provides patient care based on the nursing process. Patient care is impartial, regardless of race, creed, sex, national origin, source of payment, sexual preference or beliefs. Patients of all ages are served including neonate and infant, pediatric and adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. Independent judgment is used regarding priority of work, changes in patient condition, evaluating patient's response to care and emergency situations. The RN strives for excellence in clinical practice, patient/family teaching and communication skills

Qualifications :

Requires two years nursing experience.

Must possess a current valid Alaska RN license with a current BLS.

Must meet general RN and unit specific competency requirements within established timeframes.
