Unlike many of the agencies placing nurses, we do not have to generate a set gross margin percentage off of each placement. We are a privately run business and do not have a huge shareholder list that has to be satisfied. Consequently, we are able to offer the best pay rates that are available. We also believe that you should receive the best possible pay on each assignment and that you should not have to complete multiple assignments before your pay and benefits increase. You should certainly not have to wait to complete multiple assignments before being eligible for certain benefits.
