Who is our ideal candidate?
Our ideal candidate must have general compliance as well as Advertising Compliance experience. The candidate must possess excellent comprehension, writing and organizational skills. This candidate should also be familiar with the rules and regulations surrounding Anti-Money Laundering.
Series 7, 24 & 63 licenses are required.
What are the job responsibilities?
The Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for performing Anti-money Laundering program activities. The Analyst will also be responsible for preparing quarterly reports for the Board of Directors. In addition, the Analyst will work with cash/non-cash compensation issues and assist in reviewing advertising items to ensure they comply with all rules and regulations.
