Loss Prevention Agent - Scottsdale

We are currently looking for an individual that will be able to work in the retail support area, Loss Prevention. Their primary role will be in asset protection and shrinkage reduction.


Primary Responsibilities:
Will need to adhere to Corporate Loss Prevention programs and protect company assets by controlling shrinkage through various audits, education, and conducting internal and external investigations.
1 - 2 years Loss Prevention experience as a store agent is preferred.


Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to work a flexible, full time schedule including holidays.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years in retail environment would be a plus.
General office equipment and PC skills is required.
Working knowledge of CCTV systems would be a plus.
Strong customer service orientation required.
